The Florida Highway Patrol have issued charges perhaps not entirely consistent with this view, but the animation is a gas.

Recall that Tiger is primarily Asian ethnically , so one can see a reason for the fascination.

UPDATE: It now appears this animation is likely pretty much spot on.
