Well, I am in England, and the broadcast of the Olympic decision was popped up on a computer screen near me for the 2012 Olympic decision announcement. There seems little question everyone around me was thrilled that their capital city won selection.Like some others, I am willing to confess that the sight of Chirac on my TV screen arriving for the G8 conference is the one reason I find the decision delightful.
